Problems to Upload

For two days I have been trying to raise to a collection of icons of my collection "The Alien" and every time leaves a message error. There is some problem with libreria of Icon Packager?. It is fault neither of my supplier of Internet nor of my equipment, because I have raised without no problem the file SkinBase.org. Somebody can inform to me?.
